Pets In Need
Pets In Need is a small adoption program run privately by volunteers who have joined together to save the unwanted and abandoned animals who have come across their path. We are not 401c, but are run like a non-profit organization. All donations and adoption fees go directly to the animals. We are strictly no-kill, we will do everything we can to save an animal. However aggression is NOT tolerated.
Friends of Animals
Friends of Animals is a non-profit, international animal advocacy organization, incorporated in the state of New York since 1957. Friends of Animals works to cultivate a respectful view of nonhuman animals, free-living and domestic. Our goal is to free animals from cruelty and institutionalized exploitation around the world.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, ASPCA
Whether it's saving a pet who has been accidentally poisoned, fighting to pass humane laws, rescuing animals from abuse or sharing resources with shelters across the country, the ASPCA works toward the day in which no animal will live in pain or fear.
National Humane Society
The HSUS is the nation's largest animal protection organization with more than seven million members and constituents. The HSUS is a mainstream voice for animals, with active programs in companion animals, wildlife and habitat protection, animals in research, and farm animals. The HSUS protects all animals through legislation, litigation, investigation, education, advocacy and field work. A non-profit organization, The HSUS celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2004, is based in Washington, D.C. and has seven regional offices across the country.
